Globe Life Field Rules
Globe Life Field has some of the hottest games, concerts, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
Globe Life Field has a variety of accommodations available for accessibility needs guests. This includes accessibility seating on all levels, wheelchair/scooter storage, sign language interpreters, and assistive listening devices.
If you know you will need accommodations to enjoy your upcoming event, please contact the venue at your earliest convenience. We recommend calling at least two weeks ahead.

Bag Policy
All bags and purses must be soft sided and not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Backpacks are prohibited, except for single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the MLB bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”. Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. All bags are subject to search before entering the ballpark.
Outside food is allowed inside of Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear gallon sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional considerations will be made for dietary concerns and infants.
Camera Policy
Generally, professional cameras (i.e. cameras with removable lenses) are not allowed at Globe Life Field. You may contact the venue to request permission.
If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.
COVID-19 Related Policy
If you or any member of your ticket group has been exposed to COVID-19 or is feeling sick, please stay home. Attendees are not permitted to enter the ballpark if, during the 14 days prior to the date of the game, they have: (i) tested positive or presumptively positive for COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease (defined below) or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID-19 or other communicable disease; or (ii) experienced any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptom commonly associated with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; or (iii) been in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease.

- Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
- Cough (new onset or worsening)
- Fever (felt feverish or warm)
- Headache
- Chills
- Sore or Scratchy Throat
- New Loss of Taste or Smell
- Muscle Pain
- Nasal Congestion
- Runny Nose
- Nausea or Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Gastrointestinal distress or upset stomach
- Fatigue or Weakness
- Swelling of the toes or lower extremities
- Chest tightness or pain
- Swollen lymph nodes or glands
- Abdominal pain
- Rash or “COVID toes”
Lost and Found Policy
All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please contact Guest Services with a description of the item.
After the event, you may also contact the venue at 817-533-1972.
Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).
Mask Policy
Masks will be recommended for all fans except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. That includes all concourse areas and when entering Globe Life Field.

The following items are not allowed in the venue.
- Bags that don’t align with the bag policy
- Bottles, Cans, Coolers & Liquid Containers
- Food & Beverage (Including Alcohol)
- Illegal Substances
- Fireworks & Other Projectiles
- Recording Devices, Video Equipment
- Electronic Devices
- Weapons of any Type (Including Pocket Knives & Firearms)
- Large Chains & Studded Bracelets
- Laser Pointers & Aerosol Cans
- Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, thunder sticks, etc.)
- Large Banners, Signs, Sticks & Stickers
- Two-Wheeled Motorized Devices
- Other Items as Required by Event Promoters
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
Globe Life Field reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Generally, re-entry is not allowed. Please do not leave until the end of the game or you are ready to go home.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Globe Life Field will only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance.
Smoking Rules
Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Please contact the venue to ask about any available smoking areas outside of the venue.
